Lee O’Neill has been working within the integrative health care sector for over 20 years. She started a rehabilitation therapy company in 2007. Over time through continuous professional education, led her to working with all ages and demographics. Including several years of her career at Baycrest Health and Science Centre, the University Health Network in Toronto, and Toronto Community Living. Upon discovering Osteopathy while attending a professional training at Duke Integrative Medicine in North Carolina. Lee decided to do the career shift and become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Since then she has experienced first hand how much osteopathy has improved a variety of health concerns for herself, as well within her immediate family. As someone who understands the impact of poor body mechanics very well and what preventative medicine means. Osteopathy was the natural next professional step for Lee. It has solidified her understanding and application of the aspect of health that comes from within. Through Osteopathic Manual Therapy, she is promoting the body’s ability to self heal and self regulate.

I'm excited to have recently started a new chapter in my life with a job I'm truly passionate about; helping others. Outside of work, I find joy in cooking, baking, and tending to my garden—it’s my way of staying grounded and creative. I share my days with my husband Paul and my puppy dog, Ozzy. Perhaps one of my proudest personal milestones is having survived breast cancer, an experience that gave me a deeper appreciation for life and resilience. Each day, I strive to embrace gratitude, growth, and a little bit of joy in everything I do.

Prior to diving into Osteoparhic Manual Therepy...  Sarah earned a Bachelor of Human Movement and Sport Science in Australia. Sarah implemented her knowledge of biomechanical assessment, exercise therapy and injury rehabilitation across clinical, industrial and athletic settings. From stroke rehab and falls prevention, movement analysis and occupational health, to sports medicine with junior, club and state level sports teams. Working with diverse patient populations has deepened my understanding of how the body adapts and responds across different stages of life.

This path to Osteopathy, while deeply invested in the physiology and mechanics of the human body, developed my commitment to working directly with people as a root-cause practitioner. Focusing beyond symptom management to improving overall function and supporting the body’s capacity for self-healing.
